Who We Are
Our founder is a cybersecurity and operations strategist with more than 17 years of experience across IT, defensive cyber, communications, and security planning.
He created Implied Defense as a modern defense-tech practice that unifies cybersecurity (Jicho), communications resilience (Ngome), firearms training (Implied Shield), and preparedness exercises (Fortify) into a single, disciplined framework. His approach blends technical depth with operational clarity, enabling individuals, households, and organizations to build capability against both digital and physical threats.
